An evening built for shop-floor answers

Four technology partners, one shop-floor story. Each partner picks up exactly where the last one leaves off – the machine, the cutting tool, the setup, and the check that catches what the others might miss.

  1. Arrival

    Registration and display tables

Every partner has a table for the whole evening, so you can go back to anyone after you have heard them speak.

  2. 20 min
    each

    Partner sessions

One focused, application-led session per partner, built around a shop-floor case rather than a product catalogue.

  3. Open

    Technology discussion

Put a real productivity problem from your plant to the room and get answers from people who solve it for a living.

  4. Dinner

    Networking dinner

Where the evening’s conversations turn into something you can act on. Everyone at one venue, no parallel tracks.

How the evening tells one story

We start with one machine shop – the kind that looks fine on paper. Machine running, orders coming in, nothing broken. But something is off: rejections creeping up, cycle times that don’t add up, first-off inspection dragging.

Each partner picks up the story from there, in order:

  1. 01

Hyundai Wia – Is the machine itself the problem?

Machine capability, stability, and accuracy over a full shift, not just on day one.

  2. 02

Tungaloy – What’s happening at the cutting edge?

Tool life, chip control, and vibration at the point where the tool actually meets the part.

  3. 03

Speroni – Was the tool even ready before it started?

Tool presetting, tool data, and the setup time most shops don’t question.

  4. 04

Renishaw – Is the part actually right?

In-process measurement and inspection that catches a problem while it’s still one part, not fifty.

By the end, the room has seen the same story from four different angles – machine, tool, setup, and measurement – the way it actually plays out on a shop floor.

~100.

People per city. Curated by name, capped deliberately, and hosted at a four-star hotel.
