HASCO’s Water fountain Z9620/…/VA for efficient core cooling

The new HASCO water fountain Z9620/…/VA for core cooling enables simple cooling of mould cores. Hot spots are effectively avoided. The result is significantly shorter cycle times and greater production efficiency.

Made from high-quality stainless steel 1.4301, the water fountain guarantees long-lasting and reliable applications, even with demanding cooling processes. It fulfils the highest requirements as regards hygiene and cleanliness, making it ideal for sensitive applications in medical and clean-room technology.

The water fountain offers flexible connection possibilities: Inflow and outflow can be freely chosen as far as the design is concerned. The inflow of the medium can be carried out radially or axially, while the medium outflow can be carried out at an angle of up to 180°. For a reliable and stable connection, an anti-rotational device is used. The installation of the water fountain in the injection moulding tool can be carried out both in series and in parallel.

With these special product properties, HASCO is setting new standards in the field of core cooling.
