Meusburger India to Showcase Advanced Hot Runner and Standard Component Solutions at DMI 2026

Bringing a strong focus on standardisation, reliability, and process efficiency, Meusburger India Pvt. Ltd. is set to present its latest innovations at the 14th Die & Mould India International Exhibition (DMI 2026), scheduled from April 21–24 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. Ltd., highlighted the company’s showcase and industry perspective, stating that “at DMI 2026, we will be showcasing our hot runner systems, Industry 4.0–ready temperature controllers, and new components in guiding, centering, and cooling,” adding that “our focus is on delivering reliable, standardised solutions that simplify complexity for toolmakers and mould manufacturers by emphasizing consistency, interchangeability, and reduced lead times,” while noting that “in the hot runner category, we will present the profiTEMP™ RH 1100, a high-precision diagnostic tool designed for testing, troubleshooting, and preheating of hot runner systems, enabling efficient checking of heaters and sensors through a user-friendly interface without requiring specialized electrical expertise.”

He further elaborated on key innovations, stating that “the EHS 6000 represents a fully assembled, ready-to-install hot runner system equipped with smartFILL screw-in type nozzles, delivered pre-tested for seamless integration and immediate use,” noting that “its design allows easy installation with reliable sealing and no need for clamp plate adjustment, ensuring operational efficiency and precision,” while adding that “DMI has been a key contributor to Meusburger’s growth by enhancing brand visibility and bringing together the closely connected tooling community under one roof,” and emphasising that “the exhibition provides valuable opportunities for networking, strengthening relationships, and building long-term partnerships with domestic and global customers.”
