Effortless Cooling Circuit Configuration with HASCO Manifold Blocks Z920/…

With the help of the HASCO manifold blocks Z920/…, the configuration of flexible cooling circuits is particularly easy. The latest extensions to the range, with new connection threads and lengths, round off the established product range.

The central inflow / outflow, via the manifold block, offers the possibility of using shorter hose lengths and saving energy. Feed and return lines can be easily distinguished through blue and red anodised manifold blocks. Thanks to the very clear arrangement of the cooling lines, greater safety at the workplace and more reliable production are ensured.

The manifold blocks Z920/… mounted directly on the injection moulding machine are compatible with the HASCO cooling elements and can be individually extended through a modular plug-in system. The hoses can be connected via fixed screw connections or nipple-coupling combinations. The user-friendly system is heat-resistant up to 200 °C and designed for a maximum operating pressure of 15 bar.

The extended range offers HASCO customers even more flexibility in the design of the cooling circuit.
