HASCO hot runner nozzles for every application

The comprehensive HASCO hot runner nozzle range offers the right solution for every application. The various nozzle types are noted for their specific characteristics.

Vario Shot H61../…, H62../…, H65../… – 1 nozzle, 1,000 possibilities

This high-performance mono-nozzle and screwed and floating system nozzle is particularly suitable for demanding injection moulding applications. The Vario Shot range stands out with its compact installation dimensions, optimum temperature control, simple service and a modular structure. More than 2,500 nozzle variants allow numerous demanding applications. From injection on a sub-manifold to the high-end needle valve solution. A large selection of nozzle lengths with manifold-type dies and single dies offers a high level of freedom in mould design.

Vario Shot Xgate – New interchangeable needle-valve pre-chamber

The interchangeable needle-valve pre-chamber Vario Shot Xgate supplements the Vario Shot range. The particularly wear-resistant Xgate simplifies the maintenance of the injection moulding tool and significantly reduces the maintenance costs. The life of the gates is considerably extended and guarantees perfect moulding quality over millions of injection cycles. The injection can be carried out in a very small space. The easily changed pre-chamber with a compact, easy-to-produce tight fit offers precise needle guidance with pre-centring and is also highly resistant to abrasive and chemically aggressive materials.

Value Shot H203../… – Economical and high-performance

This manifold nozzle was designed for easy-to-process plastics and simple injection moulding tasks, and is available in 28 different sizes. The choice between CuCoBe and highly heat-conductive tips from a molybdenum alloy for more demanding applications, and the option of open torpedoes enables a broad processing spectrum from traditional, mass-produced plastics to engineering plastics. The one-part hardened nozzle body provides maximum prevention of leakages. The new tip/dome area with the right reducing caps guarantees a minimum dome volume and is thus also suitable for colour-change applications.

Single Shot H63../… – The simple nozzle for individual applications

The Single Shot nozzle is available in two sizes and enables the production of small and medium-sized injection-moulded parts with a shot weight of up to 800 g. It has optimum temperature control, and the extension of the range through hardened nozzle tips and 1-hole and Hot Tip Torpedo increase the application possibilities of this nozzle several times over. A high level of variance with regard to the injection possibilities is provided. Various torpedoes and screw pre-chamber variants with lengths of up to 210 mm are available.

Multi Shot H10325/…, H10425/…

The Multi Shot is the product of choice when it is a question of very closely-spaced cavities and low shot weights. Up to 6 injection points are combined in a single nozzle. The nozzle stands out for its industry control circuit and 4 pitch circle diameters of the injection points. Through this hot runner nozzle, a complex, multi-cavity mould can be produced with simple means.

All HASCO nozzles are noted for their homogeneous temperature distribution, melt passage with low material consumption, and a long service life. Through the variable use of modern materials, innovative coatings and special tip geometries, these can be geared exactly to individual, customised applications. The HASCO hot runner team will be pleased to support its hot runner customers in this respect.
