HASCO Launches New Guide Elements With Tight Fit Z00C/… – Z11C/…

To prevent damage to mould inserts and cores when closing an injection moulding tool, use is made of guide elements. 

Guide elements portfolio significantly enlarged 

The proven range of guide elements has been extended by around 2,350 additional variants of the Z00C/… – Z11C/… series. A tolerance step in the system diameter in the back area enables a tight fit of the elements in the system hole and thus guarantees maximum process reliability during production.

Compatible with the standard range 

The precision guide elements are coordinated exactly to the HASCO mould plates and can be installed and dismantled from all K-plates. They are compatible with the standard guide elements range, as their construction is the same as the familiar and established HASCO guide elements and differ only in the additional tight fit. Here, a 10 mm long n5 fitting tolerance ensures a firm fit of the guide element in the mould plate. 

The extensively increased range of guide elements will allow HASCO customers to respond even better to the increased demands being made on flexibility and mould quality.
