HASCO Strengthens Injection Moulding with New Locating Ring Variants

HASCO has expanded its locating ring portfolio with the introduction of new variants Z7517/…, Z7526/…, and Z7527/…, aimed at enhancing precision and reliability in injection moulding applications. The new additions provide mouldmakers with greater flexibility for accurate centring and secure guiding of moulds during clamping on injection moulding machines.

The locating rings feature an 8 mm guide length, enabling precise positioning on the machine side while effectively preventing mould tipping. This contributes to improved process reliability. Additionally, fixing holes allow for secure flush tightening, and flexible adjustment options support seamless integration across a range of mould designs.

Perfectly coordinated with HASCO thermal insulating sheets

The new variants, with thicknesses of 6 and 8 mm, are coordinated with HASCO thermal insulating sheets. This ensures an accurate connection and high stability, even in demanding applications.

Alongside the new variants, the HASCO locating ring range also includes a large number of diameters, installation depths and technical versions, as well as a variety of other designs for many different mould sizes and machine types. The entire range can be easily viewed and ordered via the HASCO web shop.

With these new locating rings, HASCO is expanding its product range with practical solutions that combine maximum precision, simple assembly and long-term process reliability.
