LMW Limited to Showcase High-Performance Machining Solutions at DMI 2026

Bringing a strong focus on precision machining and compact manufacturing solutions, LMW Limited is set to present its latest range of machining technologies at the 14th Die & Mould India International Exhibition (DMI 2026), scheduled from April 21–24 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. The company continues to support evolving industry needs with machines designed for high accuracy, productivity, and reliability across toolroom and component manufacturing applications.

As manufacturers increasingly seek efficient, space-saving, and high-performance solutions, LMW’s offerings are aligned to deliver consistent machining outcomes while meeting the demands of sectors such as automotive, EV, electronics, and general engineering. JD1 – High Speed Compact VMC

Mr. Shashank Joshi, Head-Sales, LMW Limited, highlighted the company’s showcase and industry perspective, stating that “DMI 2026 brings together the entire tooling ecosystem in one place and allows companies to demonstrate their capabilities directly to decision-makers,” adding that “for LMW, it is an opportunity to engage with customers looking for precision, reliable and consistent machining solutions, while also gaining visibility to new developments and benchmarking against industry standards,” and noting that “we plan to showcase compact, productive and high-speed VMCs with 12,000 & 24,000 rpm for toolroom and die mould applications along with compact turning and turn-mill centres for industries like fittings and auto components,” while highlighting that “machines like the JD1 high-speed compact VMC with up to 24,000 rpm spindle, rigid structure, and high rapid traverse rates deliver superior precision and efficiency, while the JD4 compact VMC offers high-speed, high-precision machining with consistent performance in a space-efficient footprint.”

S Turn 2M – Compact Turnmill Center

He further elaborated on the product lineup, stating that “the Smart Minimaster ultra-compact turning center, with its small footprint and high spindle speed, is designed for high-volume precision turning applications, ensuring quality, uptime, and consistency,” while adding that “the S Turn 2M 3-axis turn-mill center consolidates turning and milling into a single setup, enabling production of complex components with high precision, efficiency, and reliability,” and emphasising that “these solutions are designed to deliver better surface finish, consistent performance, and application-focused machining capabilities across industries,” highlighting that “DMI serves as a strong platform for business engagement, knowledge exchange, and showcasing the future direction of machining technologies.”
