Sunita Tools installs Largest Machine in its facility Yet, Signifying Major Leap in Manufacturing and Machining Capabilities

Sunita Tools Limited, The pioneers of ground plates, Mouldbases in India a leader in precision engineering solutions, and one of the first companies in toolings sector to be listed on stock exchange proudly announces the installation of their largest machine yet at their Vasai factory. The new Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC) 20 tonnes load carrying 2500 x 1500 x 800mm movement, marks a significant advancement in their manufacturing capabilities.

According to Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey, Whole Time Director of Sunita Tools Ltd, this state-of-the-art machinery reflects their commitment to innovation and excellence. With dimensions of 2500 x 1500 x 800mm and a load-carrying capacity of 20 tonnes, this machine signifies a major leap forward for the company.

The versatility of the newly installed machine allows Sunita Tools to serve a wide range of industries, from Mouldbase and Aerospace to Precision engineering and semi-finished CNC machining projects, It can make supplying Mouldbases for IP, Bumper, Front grill. Dashboard etc very easy and in India. This capability empowers them to offer tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs.
