The new Meusburger portal can be optimally used directly from the workshop on the smartphone or tablet. The comprehensive support area can help with any issues when using the portal by providing all the relevant information. Specific enquiries can be made at any time via various contact forms. When the users are logged in, their contacts and field engineers are also displayed.
Astonishingly easy designing
A clearly structured and user-friendly design facilitates navigation and ensures a smooth user experience. Wizards and configurators offer a wide range of options and combine tried and trusted advantages with new, clearer functions. The product detail pages feature tables and selection options developed by experts specifically for the industry. After logging in, the customers immediately see the net prices of the products. Meusburger has significantly improved the handling of CAD data: customers can start the CAD export directly from the product detail pages, without having to first add the product to a parts list or the shopping cart. The individual configuration of models has also been further simplified so they can be downloaded directly.

In the ‘My account’ area, customers not only benefit from simple order processing, they also have access to all the order data and receipts. The ordering process is designed for maximum efficiency: in Meusburger’s comprehensive web shop, the almost 100,000 items can be ordered with just a few clicks. In addition, items can be imported collectively via EXCEL or MEU files, as well as individually. Suitable items are automatically suggested based on the data entered. There are also various dispatch options to choose from, and a preferred dispatch date can be specified. It is possible to quickly select the delivery address via a drop-down menu or to add a new one. All relevant receipts are available just a few minutes after the order has been completed. Offers can be ordered directly or requested again. The portal also enables the tracking of current orders and an uncomplicated processing of returns.
