Tungaloy launches Drawing Generator for ReamMeister Head

Tungaloy Corporation has launched a new Drawing Generator for its ReamMeister Head, expanding its digital tool portfolio to support reaming applications with improved speed and accuracy.

The online platform allows users to quickly create detailed drawings for customised ReamMeister head configurations. By selecting key parameters such as hole type, nominal diameter, tolerance, edge geometry, flute shape, work material, and grade, the system automatically calculates the required dimensions and generates a clear, standardised drawing, helping streamline tool selection and application planning.

The generated output includes tolerance range visualization, calculated head dimensions, and a design sheet suitable for customer proposals and internal technical discussions.

To support global users, the platform is available in both metric and inch units.
