Mold-Masters to Participate in PLASTINDIA 2026

Mold-Masters has announced its participation in PLASTINDIA 2026, scheduled to be held at Bharat Mandapam from February 5–10, 2026. The company will be present in Hall 14G, Stall B6, where it will showcase its latest high-performance solutions designed to enhance part quality, increase productivity, and reduce scrap.

A leading global supplier of hot runners, controllers, auxiliary injection, and co-injection systems, Mold-Masters designs, manufactures, distributes, sells, and services highly engineered and customized plastic processing equipment. The company offers one of the broadest product portfolios in the industry, catering to regional and market-specific requirements across medical, packaging, PET, cap & closure, consumer goods, automotive, personal care, technical, electronics, and logistics applications.

Mold-Masters is credited with patenting the first commercially viable hot runner system in 1965 and continues to serve OEMs and molders worldwide with advanced plastic processing solutions.

Mold-Masters will be showcasing their new DeXa Side Gate solution featuring an optimized design offering enhanced overall processing capabilities and simplified maintenance. This was achieved through its individual tip heat control, gate located tips and innovative Speed-LOK design features. Individual tip heat control allows users to optimize processing and balance for each part on the fly and conveniently shut-off individual cavities from the controller.

“At Mold-Masters, we are committed to pioneering innovative technologies that deliver value and transform the market. Our focus is on continuously shaping our services and support meeting the unique regional needs of our customers, ensuring tailored solutions that drive success globally.”

The new E-Multi mini extends the E-Multi product portfolio to enable smaller multi-shot applications. E-Multi’s easily and economically convert any injection molding machine for multi-shot functionality. The mini is a compact and lightweight unit with maximum barrel capacities of 3.0-4.7 cc and can accommodate shot volumes as low as 0.1cc (0.0034 oz) for precision molding of small parts. The mini incorporates a plunger design available in 8, 9, and 10mm diameters. Oe major benefit offered by the E-Multi mini is its ability to process standard sized resin pellets. As with the rest of the E-Multi family, the mini injection unit is servo controlled for superior molding precision and repeatability. As it is all electric, the mini is viable for clean room applications.

The drop-in ready Fusion Series G3 hot runner system will be on display which is ideal for many automotive applications. Recent enhancements like installation at room temperature and more compact nozzle bore cut-outs have helped to simplify handling, maintenance, and mold design. It is also compatible with our Servo Electric Valve Gate (SeVG+) actuation control system which offers precise process control over each individual valve gate for demanding applications to enhance molded part quality.

The TempMaster M4 hot runner temperature controller, which features the company’s new HR-Connect Technology, eliminates conventional mold thermocouple and power cables to minimize extra weight, clutter and complexity from the molding cell. A single cable connects the mold to the controller head unit, while wiring of the hot runner remains unchanged. The M4 has the capacity to control up to 72 temperature zones @ 15A.

Attendees can also learn about our many proven existing products like our Master-Series hot runner system that sets the benchmark for performance and reliability for a wide range of applications or our Dura+ hot runner system which is optimized for molding clear parts such as automotive lenses.

Mold-Masters supports local customers with our full-service repair facility located in Coimbatore where we also store our inventory of spare parts. This local presence helps to shorten lead times and provides fast response when customers are in need. We also have a team of experienced service members who can visit customers on site when required.

As always, their local technical experts will be on hand to provide information and handle any questions. Mold-Masters invites  industry professionals to explore and discover how our solutions drive superior results.
