System 3R Unveils C6-20L Cobot at EMO 2025

System 3R will present its latest cobot solution, the C6-20L, at EMO 2025, aligned with its “lights out factory” vision. The new cobot solution expands System 3R’s robot range and addresses the growing trend of integrating Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) in industrial operations.

The C6-20L cobot is designed for process safety and operator interaction. Using a combination of sensors, ID technology, WSM software, and floor scanners, operators can safely add, remove, or rearrange items in the cobot magazine while the robot is temporarily paused. Once the operator exits the magazine area, the cobot automatically re-scans and resumes operations. This ensures safe collaborative operation while maintaining process integrity.

All System 3R robot types, including the C6-20L, can be integrated with the WorkShopManager (WSM) software system. The latest WSM 5.0 supports AMRs and enables seamless factory-level integration with an intuitive interface for managing complex, multi-technology workflows. Operators can easily change priorities using a simple drag-and-drop function on the automation control panel.

By automating workflows and tracking every workpiece, the cobot and WSM system help eliminate human error, ensure consistent output, and reduce downtime, reflecting System 3R’s commitment to safer, more efficient, and flexible manufacturing solutions.
