Tata Steel Expands DigECA Platform, Empowering MSMEs with Direct Digital Steel Procurement

Tata Steel has launched an enhanced version of its DigECA platform, broadening access to include Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) classified as Emerging Corporate Accounts (ECA). DigECA, a specialized B2MSME e-commerce solution, specifically designed to meet the needs of ECA customers, enabling them to transact directly with ease and convenience while accessing the highest quality products and services.

Building on the success of Tata Steel’s B2C e-commerce portal, Aashiyana, the newly expanded DigECA platform aims to transform the purchasing experience for ECAs.  Focused on flat steel products such as Tata Astrum, Tata Steelium, and Galvano, DigECA offers MSMEs a seamless and hassle-free way to buy directly from Tata Steel and its channel partners. 

Since its pilot launch in Q4 FY25, DigECA has seen remarkable growth, welcoming over 2,000 ECA customers and reaching notable milestones in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). This progress underscores our dedication to providing customers with full transparency on material availability and order fulfillment, ensuring a smooth journey from enquiry to delivery, and further enhanced by comprehensive post-supply services.
