CIMCO to Unveil Historical Dashboards at EMO 2025

CIMCO is set to showcase a major enhancement to its MDC-Max solution with the introduction of Historical Dashboards, designed to give manufacturers deeper insights into shop floor productivity and performance. The new feature will be presented at EMO Hannover 2025, at the CIMCO booth, Hall 6, Stand A42, taking place from September 22 to 26 at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds, Germany.

MDC-Max is widely used for real-time data collection and analysis from machines and operators, helping manufacturers identify bottlenecks, optimize resources, and streamline processes. While its existing dashboards provide live shop floor data, the new Historical Dashboards will allow users to explore long-term performance trends and gain a broader perspective on operations.

Key capabilities of the Historical Dashboards include:

  • In-depth historical analysis: Select machines and timeframes ranging from a single day to multiple years.
  • Customizable workflows: Add and arrange graphs, adjust layouts, and configure dashboards to highlight what matters most.
  • Flexible data visualization: Choose from bar charts, line charts, pie charts, tables, and more for clearer insights.

By moving beyond real-time monitoring, the Historical Dashboards aim to help manufacturers turn past data into actionable strategies for the future.
