Ltd. is set to present its latest innovations at the 14th Die & Mould India International Exhibition (DMI 2026), scheduled from April 21–24 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. Ltd., highlighted the company’s innovation and industry perspective, stating that “the ZD27 3D tool setter from Manleo Designs is designed for on-machine tool setting to measure tool length and diameter, significantly reducing rework and rejections in tooling applications,” adding that “it serves as a tool presetter to determine tool offsets directly on CNC machines with a measuring accuracy of ±1 micron, supporting maximum tool diameter and length up to 600 mm,” and noting that “it is ideal for CNC lathes and machining centers, providing automatic tool breakage detection and wrong tool detection to ensure accuracy and reduce downtime.”
