Advait Energy Transitions Ltd (AETL) and Manipal Energy Infratech Ltd (MEIL) have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly pursue power and energy transition opportunities in India and international markets. The partnership combines Advait Energy Transitions’ expertise in advanced energy technologies with MEIL’s engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) execution capabilities to deliver integrated infrastructure projects across clean energy sectors.
The collaboration will focus on power transmission and distribution, renewable energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), green hydrogen, electrolysers, High-Temperature Low-Sag (HTLS) conductors, Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS) and advanced EPC solutions. The two companies aim to develop resilient and sustainable energy infrastructure through the partnership.
Under the agreement, Advait Energy Transitions will support MEIL in identifying and executing projects in emerging sectors including BESS, green hydrogen, electrolysers, fuel cells and solar EPC. MEIL will, in turn, support Advait in strengthening its technical capabilities, business presence and project execution across underground cabling, substations, and transmission and distribution infrastructure.
The companies will jointly evaluate new business opportunities and define project responsibilities to undertake larger domestic and international projects while enhancing project delivery capabilities and qualification credentials.
